Introducing a new exciting, experimental gastronomic experience to Hong Kong, Sichuan Lab is destined to become a sizzling hot spot in town.

Featuring Sichuan cuisine, one of China’s four iconic culinary traditions, Sichuan Lab offers more than hot and spicy flavours. Chilies, peppers and peppercorns combined with the three signature ingredients of ginger, garlic and scallions will create an incredibly wide variety of dishes. Sichuan's famous “seven tastes” of sweet, sour, peppery, hot and spicy, bitter, fragrant, and salty will be mixed together with an array of sophisticated ‘eight flavours’, resulting in unique delicacies that each have their own style and leading to the famous expression - “Hundred tastes in a hundred dishes”.

Helmed by Kenny Chan, a veteran chef with over 50 years of experience and is named Chef Rotisseurs by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, there is a marvellous array of authentic and modern flavours at Sichaun Lab, together with an array of hot pot delicacies, all accompanied by a menu of superb cocktails, sakes, wines, plus a fine selection of coffees brewed by Hong Kong’s first ever smart coffee machine - TopBrewer. Guests can also savour the private menus specially crafted by Chef Chan. 

Besides the simplistic and stylishly designed dining area and bar, diners may also enjoy their meal at two private rooms, indulging in an exceptional culinary journey found nowhere else.
