Get your fill of our classic dim sum favourites with a fresh, quirky twist as we are serving them endlessly to your table, not-to-miss flavoursome Sichuan dim sums include Stuffed Buns with Roast Goose in Red Wine Sauce and Sweetened Bean Paste and Hot & Sour Pork Wontons Soup with Dried Chili Flat. Come hungry as you dig in and enjoy unlimited hearty yet healthy bowl of goodness. Options include Fried Rice with Double-cooked Pork, Fried Rice with Spicy Sausages and Seafood and Tan Tan Noodles. We also provide choices for guests who cannot take the heat or wish to keep avalanche of numbing spice at bay, like Steamed Shrimp Juice Pork Dumplings Stuffed with Amaebi and Pork Wontons in Chicken Broth.

Salad bar presents 4 choices of self-served appetizers daily on rotational basis, while you can choose a main course that captures your heart. Choices range from Double-cooked Local Pork Slices, Poached Mandarin Fish Slices in Chili Broth and Sautéed Spicy King Prawns.
