Highlights include Braised Pork Tongue and Dried Oyster with Sea Moss and Lettuce, Braised Shark's Fin with Crab Meat and Bamboo Pith, Steamed Giant Garoupa, Deep-fried Crispy Chicken, Stir-fried Glutinous Rice with Chinese Preserved Meat, Pan-fried Chinese New Year Pudding and Water Chestnut Pudding.
