The main soup includes Deluxe Seafood Pot in Tomato Bisque – filled with original Boston lobster, meat crab, fresh abalone and scallops, which is perfect in its color, smell and taste; the nourishing Double-boiled Spanish Iberico Pork Soup with African Sea Coconut helps strengthen the body and enhance one’s resistance. For the vegetarian option, Papaya Soup with Black Fungus, Snow Fungus and Lotus Seeds It is a must for ladies and all the beauty gurus.
In addition to the classic Shrimp Dumplings with Chives, savor the innovative Abalone and Shrimp Dumplings and the not-to-be missed Sea Cucumber Dumplings with Crab Roe. Each has its own characteristics and set them up a good match for the hot pot!
The perfect complement to a hot pot sure to be a series of soothing desserts, such as Osmanthus Pudding with Wolfberries and Ginseng, Lychee Pudding with Hawthorn and Water Chestnuts and Sea Coconut Panna Cotta with Snow Fungus.
