Indulge in the Private Kitchen by Executive Chef Ng Sze Hau


​The newly joined Chinese Executive Chef Ng Sze Hau is best known for Cantonese cuisine. For the past 40 years, Chef Ng has been working for several hotels in China and Hong Kong, including the Michelin Guide Recommended Chinese Restaurant, YinYue of Panda Hotel and one Michelin-starred Yat Tung Heen of Langham Hotels Group. Chef Ng was also the Executive Chef of a Chinese restaurant in a hotel in Japan for 6 years. He was honored to serve The Imperial Family and the prestigious overseas VIP as his guests. 

With the extensive culinary experience, Chef Ng won the "Best Dish Style Award" in "Asian Culinary Exchange” in 2010. He was also selected as the "Top Ten Famous Chefs in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao” in the same year. Besides, Chef Ng was awarded the Medal of Honorary Chef by Commanderie des Cordons bleus de France in 2011. In 2016 and 2017, he won the Premium Gold and Gold medals respectively in “Asian Culinary Exchange”.
