A contemporary urban hotel connecting you to Causeway Bay

Amy Ko was a very polite and respectful assistant. She ensured that she would only clean up the room when I have left for work. Simple gesture leaves a great impression. Although it’s basic courtesy, I really appreciate her efforts, especially when I am here for business and sometimes stay in the room to do some work

Nina CWB is our go-to Hotel on our trips to HK. I have several reasons for this:
1. Convenient location. Right across the mtr and bus station, one station away from Causeway Bay, and just across Victoria Park.
2. Hotel room size. At 28sqm, their standard rooms are bigger than typical HK hotels.
3. Outstanding Service of their staff. An important factor for frequent travellers such as myself. There was an instance during my stay, I was expecting a package that didn't arrive on time.
Charles and Raymond at the Concierge took down the details and got in touch with me when it arrive AFTER I checked out. Alvin Lau was great! He took extra measures to make sure ill receive my package on my next trip to HK. The Concierge team were wonderful. They helped me locate some items I needed in the city and had helpful answers to inquiries.
4. Housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was nice and thoughtful. She provided extra water bottles knowing we are a thirsty group.
Overall I had a wonderful stay at Nina. And I look forward to our next visit.

Good location (short walk from Tin Haulage MTR, near bus stop for Airport bus A11. Furthermore, it is located near Tin Hang, where there are many good eateries)

friendly housekeeping crew (Amy Ko), she even offered to give me extra amenities upon request.

Facilities are pretty good, and the bed is very comfortable.

Amy Ko Mui, our housekeeper, has been very helpful, polite and friendly.

She is very professional and always keeps the room very clean.

Location is excellent and very convenient. MTR is just steps away. I would definitely come back again in the near future.

The staff are the best! Front desk is efficient and prompt.
We requested for an extra bed and housekeeping set it up immediately. Amy Ko of housekeeping is very good at her tasks. She works fast and served with a smile.
This is the second time we checked in at this branch. And it is because of staffs like her and the clean rooms that makes me come back.
