Summer Menu Double Bill


Ru Chinese Restaurant brings you two refreshing and exciting summer menus! “Abalone Feast in Canton Style” and “Peking-Sichuan-Shanghai Trio” each brings you 10 dishes of delights.
 
“Abalone Feast in Canton Style” features our Chef’s special creation, “Steam Abalone with Egg White with Huadiao Wine and Dried Scallop”; and give the classic “BBQ Pork Ginger and Green Onion Noodle” a twist topping with shredded Abalone.
 
For “Peking-Sichuan-Shanghai Trio”, our Chef has arranged an alternate serving between the strong and light flavored dishes, so to maximize the character of each dish for our guests. Our “Assorted Small Plates of Six”, “Stir-fried Egg White in Peking Style” and “Spicy and Sour Fish Soup in Sichuan Style” are not to be missed.
